Vigo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Vigo and are provided by Xu ZhiFeng. By downloading, accessing, or using Vigo, you agree to these terms.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
1. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vigo on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
2. Wellness-Only Product
Vigo is intended for general wellness, self-observation, and lifestyle support. It is not a medical device and must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or other medical purposes.
3. Subscriptions
Some features of Vigo may require a paid auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Pricing, trial eligibility, billing period, and any promotional offer shown at purchase form part of your subscription terms.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s own policies and terms.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Vigo in violation of law or regulation
- Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the app
- Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law clearly permits it
- Do not present Vigo as a medical diagnosis or treatment tool
6. Intellectual Property
Vigo, including its design, text, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Xu ZhiFeng and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of Vigo at any time, including features, language support, subscription features, and design, with or without notice where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
Vigo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any wellness insight or summary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xu ZhiFeng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Vigo.
10. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using Vigo at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing Law
Except where consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
